| Hampridge Track (ハンプリッジトラック）  |

ニュージーランドのトレッキングコースの中でも比較的新しいこのトラック。1日目の上りが少々急なものの、尾根山頂宿付近から見おろす雲海や朝日は思わず息を呑むほど。 One of the newest track in New Zealand. There is steep hill to go up, but the view from the ridge is taking your breeth away. |
| Coastal Track (コーストトラック）  |

正式名はモアズ コーストラル ループトラック。国道99号のリバトン（Riverton)という小さな街の近くにある約2時間程の日帰りウォーク。小さなブッシュを抜けると海岸線が目の前に広がり、岩場、ビーチの散歩が楽しめる。海を眼の前に遊びまわる子羊達を眺めながらのゆったりウォークはまるで時間が止まってるかのよう。The
proper name is Mores coastal loop track. It is located near Riverton, and
2hours short walk. It starts with small coastal bush then leads you to
beaches and rocky outcrops. Walking with watching lambs playing htemselves
gives you an extremery relaxed time. |
| Catlins Coast （ケトリンズコースト）  |

インバカーギルとダニーデンの間のケトリンズという海岸線沿い（約100キロの範囲内）に、ユニークな形の岩や洞窟、滝などの自然の造形美が点在している箇所がある。 Between Invercargill and Dunedin there is a coast called Carlins. Along the coast within 100km there are few creatures of natural beauty such as unique shaped nugget rocks, water falls and caves etc. |
